At this moment I am inspired to teach embodiment. I am still remembering new things each and every day. My more conscious experience of my body really began with the practice of yoga. In 2015 I boldly adventured to Bali following my hearts calling to learn more deeply about to practice.

While teaching yoga, I came across many people who were experiencing pain, especially chronic pain. Some decided to work 1:1 with me and we explored together what was at the root of their pain and how to balance the energy in the body, often with wonderful, some might say...miraculous responses. As one thing lead to the next and I continued to follow my curiosity, I found myself in pursuit of my Doctor of Physical Therapy Degree. I hope to blend the Eastern and Western worlds of medicine in a unique way that can serve  humanity greatly.

If you find yourself drawn to my classes, work or inspirations; I'm so happy to have you here. Let the journey to your embodied, empowered self begin!

Picture

& a poem from my heart to yours

What if I told you
You were born perfect
And we are just here to remember
This simple, yet easy to lose sight of, truth?

Would you loosen your grip
On the ones that you love?
Would you soften into the day
As if it's a gift from above?

Would you take down the walls
You built for protection?
And let the real you shine through
Without introspection?

What would your life look like
If you believed this little story?
Would it be more fun?
With a little less worry?

Would you sing in front of strangers?
Maybe let down your hair?
Speak what you feel in your heart?
Dance without a care?

What are you doing?
Who are you with?
When you feel timeless and remember
That this "perfectness" isn't a myth.

I say, do more of that!
Be more that!
We have this moment to remember!
Remember!
Remember!
