My class is an all levels energy flow to move stagnant energy through and out the body. Our bodies are vehicles that process energy from the collective and our day to day experiences. These machines need an occasional tune up and cleaning. This class is it. The movement we practice is designed to be unique to the individual, cleansing, re-energizing and a way to embody the physical, mental, emotional and soul of your being. It is meditative and designed to awaken you to your most connected, loving, intuitive self.
